As soon as we add you to a lease in Innago, with a valid email address, you will receive an email invite to create your own Innago account. Innago also attaches a pdf with instructions to help get you started. With your Innago account, you can make payments, setup auto-pay, add maintenance tickets, and sign leases.
The Innago mobile app is available in both the Google Play store, and the Apple App Store. Just search for “Innago” or use the direct links below and you’ll be able to download it to your device. If you do not wish to download the app, you can always access Innago.com from a web browser app such as Safari or Google Chrome.
